“Siatista Goes Green” Part 2
5th Leadership Local Activity in Siatista, Greece

On Sunday 6th of October 2019, the informal group of young people "Greek Odysseuses" carried out our second action in Siatista on Environment and Recycling. Volunteers from our group helped distribute the "Green" recyclable pots that the children of elementary school made from plastic bottles last Saturday at the Trapezio Gymnasium. Along with the pots that we handed out to passers-by, we carried out a questionnaire survey that was answered by them.

The questionnaire included general questions about the effects of human actions on nature, questions on household recycling and the use of cars for transportation, but also of local interest in improving the Siatista environment.

In the end, anyone who wished could take a photo at the special photo booth that our team prepared to spread our #SiatistaGoesGreen message. The questionnaire was answered by more than 100 locals.
