One team, many talents
Meet the KYouth Fest team
To ensure that everything ran smoothly during KYouth Fest 2025, our volunteers formed five dedicated teams. Each team had a specific role, allowing everyone to contribute based on their strengths and interests. This structure helped create an organised, efficient and fun experience for all participants, with teamwork at the heart of the festival.

Communication Team

Handled social media updates, photo and video content, and storytelling so the festival’s moments could be captured and shared in real time.

Create, learn, connect
The workshops
As part of KYouth Fest 2025, volunteers designed and led engaging workshops to encourage creativity, learning and cultural exchange. Activities ranged from music and dance to cooking and photography, bringing people together through hands-on experiences, inclusion and fun.
Language Blind Test
A quiz-style workshop where participants guessed languages through music and clips, building listening skills and cultural awareness.
Cooking Workshop
Participants made fresh pasta from scratch, including spaghetti and gnocchi, using simple ingredients and learning together.
Boogie Without Borders
A joyful dance workshop combining traditional Portuguese and Finnish steps with global hits to build coordination and intercultural connection.
Football Workshop
An inclusive, creative session led by Francesco, using fun, non-competitive games and group celebrations to build teamwork and unity.
Rhythm & Vibes: Jam Experience
Participants explored rhythm, voice and body percussion to co-create a musical jam full of creativity and group energy.

A photography workshop in visual storytelling, capturing emotions and moments through collaborative photo challenges.
