To ensure that everything ran smoothly during the KYouth Fest 2025, the volunteers were divided into five dedicated teams. Each team had a specific role, allowing everyone to contribute based on their strengths and interests. This structure helped create an organized, efficient, and fun experience for all participants — and made teamwork the heart of the festival!
🟡 Activities Team ( Anis / Jaydipkumar / Kerttu / Marek )
The Activities Team was responsible for organizing and leading games, workshops, and energizers throughout the festival. Their goal was to keep participants engaged, connected, and full of energy during the event.
🔵 Communication Team ( Ana / Cristina / Denisa / Elisabedi / Kanan )
The Communication Team handled social media updates, photo and video content, and storytelling. They made sure the festival’s moments were captured and shared with the world in real time.
🟢 Information Team ( Ani / Romain )
The Information Team acted as a link between participants and the organizers. They answered questions, gave directions, and ensured everyone had the info they needed to enjoy the festival smoothly.
🔴 Logistics Team ( Brisa / Christa / Francesco / Lucia / Michele )
The Logistics Team made sure everything behind the scenes worked properly. From setting up spaces to managing materials and schedules, they helped keep the event running efficiently.
⚫ Tech Support Team ( Aymeric )
The Tech Support Team handled technical equipment, sound systems, and digital tools. They were crucial in making sure workshops, performances, and presentations went off without a hitch.

As part of the KYouth Fest 2025, a series of engaging workshops were designed and led by our volunteers to encourage creativity, learning, and cultural exchange. These workshops offered participants hands-on experiences across a variety of topics—from music and dance to cooking and photography. Each activity was developed collaboratively by the volunteers, focusing on inclusion, fun, and personal growth. Through interactive methods and teamwork, the workshops brought people together, fostering new skills and unforgettable memories.
Language Blind Test
A fun quiz-style workshop where participants guessed languages through music and clips, boosting listening and cultural awareness.
Cooking Workshop
Participants learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, including spaghetti and gnocchi, using simple ingredients.
Boogie Without Borders
A fun dance workshop mixing traditional Portuguese and Finnish steps with global hits to promote coordination, intercultural exchange, and team energy.
Football Workshop
An inclusive, creative football session led by Francesco to boost teamwork, communication, and unity through fun non-competitive games and expressive group celebrations.
Rhythm & Vibes: Jam Experience
A joyful music workshop where participants of all ages explore rhythm, voice, and body percussion to co-create a unique musical jam, fostering creativity, connection, and fun group energy.

A creative workshop where participants explored visual storytelling through photography, learning how to capture emotions and moments without words, while collaborating in teams on fun photo challenges.
