K Youth Fest is a youth-led festival organised by GO Alive NGO in Kozani since 2022. This festival brings together young people, local communities, and organisations through culture, creativity, volunteering, and active participation.

In 2025, the festival was organised both in Kozani and in Katerini, Greece.

Through workshops, live events, performances, and community activities, the festival promotes youth engagement, inclusion, sustainability, and social impact, creating a vibrant space where ideas, talents, and voices come alive.
