Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ “Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind” στα πλαίσια καμπάνιας Time to Move στο Δημόσιο Ωνάσειο Σχολείο Κοζάνης
Την Τετάρτη 29 Οκτωβρίου 2025, κατά την τελευταία ημέρα του ευρωπαϊκού εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος Erasmus+ “Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind”, που συντονίζει ο οργανισμός νεολαίας GO Alive, η διεθνής ομάδα συμμετεχόντων επισκέφθηκε το Δημόσιο Ωνάνειο Σχολείο Κοζάνης - Ημερήσιο Γενικό Λύκειο (πρώην 3ο Λύκειο), όπου υλοποίησε τέσσερα βιωματικά εργαστήρια με θέμα τη σύνδεση της υγιεινής διατροφής και της ψυχικής ευεξίας. 🏫
Στα εργαστήρια συμμετείχαν οι 130 μαθητές της Α’ Λυκείου, με θεματικές ενότητες:
1️⃣ Activate Yourself
2️⃣ Embrace Yourself
3️⃣ The Perfect Body
4️⃣ The Impact of Addiction on the Human Body
Η GO Alive είναι πολλαπλασιαστής του δικτύου Eurodesk και η δράση εντάχθηκε στο πλαίσιο της εκστρατείας Eurodesk “Time to Move 2025 - Tasty Europe”. Οι μαθητές ενημερώθηκαν για τη μέθοδο Healthy Plate (Υγιεινό Πιάτο) και στη συνέχεια είχαν την ευκαιρία να δημιουργήσουν τα δικά τους «υγιεινά πιάτα», συνδυάζοντας γνώση, δημιουργικότητα και βιωματική μάθηση. 🍎🥦🍞
Το πρόγραμμα “Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind” συντονίζεται από τον οργανισμό νεολαίας GO Alive, μια ευρωπαϊκή πρωτοβουλία που προωθεί την ενδυνάμωση, την ενσυνειδητότητα και την ευεξία των νέων, στο πλαίσιο της Διαπίστευσης Erasmus+ και με την υποστήριξη της Εθνικής Μονάδας ΙΝΕΔΙΒΙΜ.
Συμμετέχουν οργανισμοί από επτά χώρες:
- GO Alive (Ελλάδα)
- Youth Opportunities Club (Αρμενία)
- Beyond Borders ETS (Ιταλία)
- Klub Sportowy Beniaminek 03 (Πολωνία)
- Teatro Metaphora – Associação de Amigos das Artes (Πορτογαλία)
- Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila (Ρουμανία)
- Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (Σερβία)
Το πρόγραμμα συγκέντρωσε 20 εργαζόμενους στον τομέα της νεολαίας από επτά χώρες, με σκοπό την προώθηση της ψυχικής υγείας, της υγιεινής διατροφής και της ολιστικής προσωπικής ανάπτυξης. 🌍💚
Το έργο συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση 🇪🇺

Erasmus+ Educational Program “Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind” as part of the Time to Move campaign at the Public Onassis School of Kozani
On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, on the last day of the European Erasmus+ educational program "Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind", coordinated by the youth organization GO Alive, the international group of participants visited the Kozani Public Onassis School - Daily General Lyceum (formerly 3rd Lyceum), where it held four experiential workshops on the connection between healthy eating and mental well-being. 🏫
The workshops were attended by 130 first-year high school students, with the following topics:

2️⃣ Embrace Yourself
3️⃣ The Perfect Body
4️⃣ The Impact of Addiction on the Human Body
GO Alive is a multiplier of the Eurodesk network and the action was part of the Eurodesk campaign "Time to Move 2025 - Tasty Europe". The students were informed about the Healthy Plate method and then had the opportunity to create their own "healthy plates", combining knowledge, creativity and experiential learning. 🍎🥦🍞
The "Healthy Plate for a Healthy Mind" program is coordinated by the youth organization GO Alive, a European initiative that promotes empowerment, awareness, and well-being among young people, within the framework of Erasmus+ Accreditation and with the support of the National INEDIVIM Unit.
Organizations from seven countries are participating:

- Youth Opportunities Club (Armenia)
- Beyond Borders ETS (Italy)
- Klub Sportowy Beniaminek 03 (Poland)
- Teatro Metaphora – Associação de Amigos das Artes (Portugal)
- Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila (Romania)
- Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (Serbia)
The program brought together 20 youth workers from seven countries with the aim of promoting mental health, healthy eating, and holistic personal development. 🌍💚
