Empowering Youth for Equal Success (EYES) is a European project led by five partner organizations: YES (Bulgaria), KOM 018 (Serbia), Beyond Borders (Italy), COSI (Romania), and GO Alive (Greece). Funded by the European Union, the project runs for 24 months, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027, and aims to improve youth employability—especially for NEETs, young women, minorities, and youth from rural areas.
In response to persistent youth unemployment across Europe, EYES offers a collaborative and transnational approach to empower young people, strengthen youth work, influence employment policies, and build sustainable local support structures.
Main Objectives
1 – Enhance youth employability by providing training, mentoring, and practical experience tailored to the demands of the labor market.
2 – Build the capacities of youth workers and partner organizations to offer long-term support to vulnerable youth.
3 – Conduct research and develop policy recommendations to improve employment systems and access to opportunities.
4 – Establish local innovation hubs in each partner country to provide ongoing support and tools for youth resilience in the job market.
EYES is designed for sustainability. Through non-formal education, experiential learning, and transnational cooperation, the project builds lasting tools, networks, and structures to support young people in navigating the labor market. By empowering youth and strengthening youth work, EYES contributes to a more inclusive, resilient, and opportunity-rich Europe.
