Euroclasses by Eurodesk
As a support organisation to Erasmus+, Eurodesk makes information on learning mobility comprehensive and accessible to young people and those who work with them. With a network of national coordinators connected to over 1000 local information providers in 36 European countries , Eurodesk raises awareness on learning mobility opportunities and encourages young people to become active citizens.
GO Alive is an official multiplier of Eurodesk Network in Western Macedonia, Greece.
European Youth Week 2024 – "Voice Your Vision"
On Friday, April 12, 2024, we proudly kicked off European Youth Week with the theme, “Voice Your Vision”, at the GO Alive office in Kozani. This dynamic event, held at S. Blioura 2 in the mezzanine space, brought together young people eager to explore how they can actively engage and influence decision-making within the European Union.
The evening, which began at 18:00, featured insightful discussions and interactive sessions on youth empowerment, civic engagement, and the role of young voices in shaping the future of Europe.
This event was part of the Euroclasses program, a project led by the Eurodesk network, dedicated to fostering youth participation in EU processes.

Euroclass by Eurodesk x GO Alive at the 2nd General High School of Kozani
On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Eurodesk, in collaboration with GO Alive, hosted a successful Euroclass presentation at the 2nd General High School of Kozani. This engaging session coincided with World Voice Day, aligning perfectly with the theme of European Youth Week 2024 – “Voice Your Vision.” The event aimed to deepen students’ understanding of what it means to be a “European Citizen” and to inspire them to actively participate in the upcoming European elections on June 9, 2024.
Throughout the Euroclass, a variety of important topics were explored, including the historical evolution of the European Union, its core values, key institutions, and the many opportunities it offers to young people. The session also addressed more challenging aspects of the EU’s past, offering a balanced perspective on its history.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the students of the 2nd General High School for their warm reception and active participation. A special note of appreciation goes to their dedicated teacher, Mrs. Maria Tourna, and the educational staff for their support in making this event possible.
Euroclass by Eurodesk x GO Alive at the University of Western Macedonia
The final Euroclass session by Eurodesk x GO Alive took place at the University of Western Macedonia, successfully concluding the project and paving the way for informed participation in the upcoming elections.
The event began with an interactive quiz that assessed the participants’ existing knowledge of the European Union, setting the stage for our team to further expand their understanding. Through engaging discussions, we explored the EU’s motto, “United in Diversity,” which encapsulates the Union’s journey and its forward-thinking ideals. The event covered the EU’s priorities, its many advantages, and demystified its operational structure, sparking keen interest from attendees.
