5 ROOMS OF LIFE.
For that we will use the theory coming from Buddhist philosophy, I learnt from the Monks-theory about importance of 5 rooms of our lives. What are these rooms? BEDROOM BATHROOM DRESSING ROOM DINING ROOM WORKING ROOM. Yes, as simple as it is. We spent almost 100% of our time in these rooms.
Have you ever thought how much influence these rooms have in our lives? Most people never think. And we like zombies, just use these rooms and become the slaves of the rooms, stuffing them with things, doing routinely activities. Let’s see our rooms now.

Draw 5 squares on the sheet. Write 3 things:
- Current purpose of each room
- Current things you have in each room
- Current activities/habits you do in each room
"Ok. Well it seems great, and you are already using the rooms from purpose, at least you say so. And idea of Mindfulness theory is exactly this-stop being slave of the places and make the rooms serve your mission, your purpose."
Let’s see what Mindfulness Theory Suggests for each room:
