From October 25 to November 2, 2023, our Go Alive team traveled to Kolding, Denmark, to participate in the Erasmus+ Training Course “Transformation Europe Lab.” This training aimed to empower participants with skills in conflict resolution, critical thinking, and community organizing.
“Through the ‘Transformation Europe Lab’ in Kolding, I discovered my abilities as a community organiser and developed my problem-solving skills. I engaged with practical tools for transforming social conflicts and learned how to collaborate with others to analyze and address social issues effectively.”
“This program was one of the best educational experiences I’ve ever had. Every activity was thoughtfully designed, helping us gradually build knowledge about the role and competencies of a community organiser. We gained this knowledge through experiential learning that helped us truly understand the importance and impact of such a role in any society.”

The whole experience was a unique opportunity to gain knowledge in an unconventional way, and to connect with people from different countries.
