The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “The Rhythm of the Life” brought together young people from across Europe to Puente Genil, Spain, from October 3rd to 12th, 2023. Organized by GO Alive and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, this project was a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, self-expression, and environmental awareness through non-formal education.

Participants engaged in workshops, cultural evenings, and hands-on learning activities, exploring the connection between environmental sustainability, rhythm, and well-being. The experience aimed to raise awareness about environmental challenges while strengthening personal growth and intercultural dialogue.

Purpose of the Project

The program encouraged youth to reflect on their personal rhythms in life and how these interact with nature and society. Through artistic expression, music, and collaborative work, participants addressed environmental issues and sustainable living practices in a creative and engaging way.

The project created a safe space for mutual understanding, empathy, and authentic self-expression offering participants the tools to promote environmental and social awareness in their communities.
