STEP 5 – Where Entrepreneurship Meets Social Impact
From July 5th to 10th, 2025, the city of Łódź, Poland became a hub of innovation, as the Erasmus+ project “STEP 5” brought together passionate young minds for a unique job shadowing experience. Representing GO Alive, one young entrepreneur from Greece took part in this impactful initiative.
Organized by @eurofrc, the program explored ways to enhance employability through social entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and sustainable practices. Participants learned directly from experienced professionals, gaining insight into non-formal education approaches and how values-based business models can create real change.
Through immersive observation and peer exchange, STEP 5 gave participants a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship can serve both personal growth and community wellbeing—bridging the gap between ambition and purpose.
