MythBusters – Training Course for Critical Thinking and Media Literacy

From April 23rd to May 1st, 2025, youth workers and passionate learners from across Europe came together in the scenic town of Bușteni, Romania for the Erasmus+ training course “MythBusters”.

Organized by @atdd_ngo, this impactful project focused on developing tools to enhance critical thinking, detect misinformation, and creatively respond to harmful myths and fake news in today’s media-driven world.

Participants explored the power of non-formal education, exchanging methods and ideas to help communities—especially young people—navigate today’s complex information landscape. Through workshops, collaborative activities, and intercultural dialogue, they left empowered and inspired to promote truth, awareness, and responsibility.
