From September 20th to 28th, 2023, the Erasmus+ Training Course “Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication and Tolerance” took place in the beautiful town of Rasnov, Romania.
The project gathered motivated participants from all over Europe for a unique learning experience centered around inner growth, peaceful dialogue, and intercultural awareness.
To improve the quality of youth work through training, learning, reflection, and exploration of the concepts of mindfulness, non-violent communication, and tolerance. Participants developed key soft skills while exploring tools for emotional management and respectful communication.
Chrysoula:
“It was my first time in an Erasmus+ programme and I felt very lucky to be chosen to experience something like this. I met people from different countries and discovered commonalities and differences. I learned new ways to manage my stress and emotions. It has been a long time since then and I still miss the moments I spent there.”
