Chaves, Portugal | 16–22/10/2024
In October 2024, young participants from different parts of Europe gathered in Chaves, Portugal, for the “Make Yourself at Home” Erasmus+ Youth Exchange. This immersive experience focused on community engagement, cultural exchange, and building meaningful interpersonal connections.
Workshops and activities were designed to foster open communication and teamwork, while also highlighting the value of intercultural learning in small-town settings. From exploring the town’s charm to bonding over shared meals, the experience truly felt like home.
