From October 1 to 7, 2023, GO Alive took part in the Erasmus+ training course “Leaders without Borders” in Oslo, Norway. This program brought together young people from different countries to explore key topics such as leadership, effective communication, and intercultural cooperation.
Throughout the week, participants shared their personal stories, exchanged ideas, and connected across cultures. The program was filled with dynamic workshops, thoughtful reflections, and moments that helped everyone grow – both individually and as a team.
Guided by experienced and inspiring trainers, participants developed valuable leadership skills, learned how to communicate effectively, manage conflict, and make decisions in group settings. The experience even included a unique activity – a dip in the Atlantic Ocean!
Beyond the training, the group had the chance to explore Norway’s stunning natural beauty and culture: kayaking in the fjords, walking through Oslo’s vibrant streets, and engaging in unforgettable conversations that lasted late into the night.
