Vatra Dornei, Romania
Youth Exchange
O1. Strengthen the understanding and critical attitudes of 35 persons (28 youth participants + 7 group leaders) towards discrimination, stereotypes, and social exclusion — focusing on minorities, migrants, refugees, and displaced persons — through non-formal and intercultural learning, as evidenced by pre- and post-mobility surveys, facilitator observation, and
group creative outputs.
O2. Enhance the social inclusion and sense of belonging of 14 youth with fewer opportunities from 7 countries (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Türkiye, Romania, and Estonia) through mobility, mentoring, and follow-up actions, as measured by self-assessment surveys before and after mobility, peer evaluation during the exchange, and mentor feedback in the follow-up phase.
O3. Increase the capacity of the 7 partner organisations from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Türkiye, Romania, and Estonia to address discrimination, stereotypes, and exclusion—especially affecting minorities, migrants, refugees, and displaced persons—evidenced by embedding inclusive practices learned during the project, stronger pre-mobilitypreparation, higher confidence of staff and youth workers in inclusive tools, and by co-creating a Toolkit of Inclusive Practices, with the consortium preparing a follow-up KA1 youth exchange and exploring the ground for a KA210 cooperation partnership.
