Training Course
This 10-day training course is designed to equip youth professionals with practical tools to transform stress into inner strength, using an integrated approach of yoga, movement, and cognitive writing therapy. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, the program addresses four key elements—emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs—to foster mental resilience and self-awareness.
Through experiential learning, participants will explore emotional regulation, mindset reframing, intentional actions, and core belief transformation. Daily yoga and movement themes are paired with cognitive writing exercises, empowering participants to apply these techniques in their daily lives and act as their own therapist.

Website icon address During the training course you will stay together with other participants in Jugendherberge Hans Czettel Haus, in Neu Nagelberg, Austria. walking distance to the Czech border. It is in a remote area in nature, chosen with intention to create a calm space for the group to focus on learning. The accommodation is simple and cosy, there are rooms with 4-6 beds and shared bathrooms, training room, areas to socialise. You can check their website here: You will be taking part in light housework (karma yoga practice) such as daily cleaning, kitchen support, etc. These tasks are part of a learning process in a group environment. We will have meals 3 times a day during the indoor program prepared by our vegetarian cook with small coffee breaks during the day. Please note there is only 1 little shop across the border where you may buy some things. We suggest if you need medications or pharmacy related items it's better to bring it with you.
Accommodation and food expenses are covered by the European Erasmus+ programme, while travel expenses are reimbursed up to 309 €.
There is a participation fee for each participant from Greece - 30€ for GO Alive NGO and 70€ for Hosting Organization
