WHAT’S THE EVENT ABOUT?

The aim of this project is to help young people understand community development and strengthen their sense of belonging, empathy, and active participation. Through experiential learning, participants will explore different types of communities, including geographical, interest-based, support, intentional, and past and future communities.
Across the programme, they will engage with different, sometimes lesser-known examples from around the world, reflect on shared values and challenges, and examine how communities are formed and sustained. Activities will include debates, role play, group discussions, creative exercises, and simulations.
