How This Activity Supports Project Objectives :
The primary focus of this activity is the preparatory work and trainer training, which are vital for empowering participants and ensuring effective dissemination of knowledge and skills. This activity lays the groundwork for the project by preparing trainers who will be key to the project’s implementation. These trainers, along with the four institutions involved, will form the core of the project and play a crucial role in achieving its objectives.
The growing importance of youth in today’s workforce makes it essential to empower them. Their entrepreneurial spirit is the driving force behind their economic independence and stronger societal position. Through this activity, young people will develop key traits like independence, resilience, financial opportunities, and the ability to contribute to social service and job security.
By empowering young people and youth workers, this initiative will directly contribute to achieving the project’s overarching goal of fostering youth entrepreneurship and capacity building. This, in turn, will strengthen communities and society as a whole, as empowered young people are better equipped to make meaningful contributions.
Dissemination of Output : Local, national, and international institutions participating in the final workshop will share their results, contributing to the wider dissemination of project outcomes.
