Training Course LifeComp for Youth Work

Eani, Kozani, Greece
22-28.01.2023

At our recent program, we focused on cultivating essential learning skills based on the LifeComp framework. We explored three key areas: the “Personal area”, where we developed competences like self-regulation, flexibility, and well-being; the “Social area”, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and communication; and the “Learning to Learn area”, which includes critical thinking, a growth mindset, and self-directed learning.

Our mornings were dedicated to meditation sessions, allowing us to start each day with mindfulness and clarity. We also had the privilege of visiting the Archaeological Museum in Aiani, where we were warmly welcomed and guided by the museum staff, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks.

Our activities were a blend of workshops led by both facilitators and participants, embodying our belief that collaboration enhances the learning experience. Even the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits—it became a part of our journey!

We’re excited to share that your opportunity to join our team is just around the corner. We would also like to express our gratitude to the Municipality of Kozani for providing a bus to transport participants from Kozani to Aiani.
